Easy Integration 

ppppppppppppppp0We've tried to make integrating as quick and easy as possible, opt-in below and you are all set. 

Step 1 

TalentLink sends jobs to Indeed via XML feed, which ensures that your new and updated jobs appear on Indeed in near real-time.  

Step 2

The job (s) appear in the Indeed live search results with "Apply with your Indeed CV" (If the job seeker is signed in) or "Easily apply for this job" (if they are not signed in).  

Jobs with this messaging receive up to 9% more clicks on average than those without.(3)

Step 3

The job seeker applies for job on Indeed via a mobile-optimised experience, using their Indeed CV to rapidly populate their application. This mobile-optimsed process can lead to up to 8x more applicants than jobs without Indeed Apply (3).  

Step 4

The data from the application is then fed back to TalentLink, allowing you to view and manage Indeed Apply submissions in the same way you manage application submissions from your career site.
